Preparation

During a preparation call we will explore why you have decided to go on the journey that you are about to embark on. What is going on in your life at the moment and what do you want to be different? In other words we will explore your truest intention to be used as a focal point for your utmost growth.

Integration and Coaching

This is where it really gets fun. After you have completed your journey, we will set up a time for either an Embodied Imagination® for Psychedelic Integration session or an Internal Landscapes Coaching session.

Meet at my place. I take you on a day outing to some beautiful places of Nature while we process what you are going through. Let’s integrate/process/see what you want to let go of and what you want to call in, all while we connect to elements in Nature and move our physical bodies.

Eight hours of deep letting go and calling in our deepest desires all while being taken care of by myself and Nature herself. This is a full day just for you and your process of healing. We will start at my home then go to the forest and beach and return to my home. You will be held in a safe container while we connect with the elements to support your inner journey. You can choose to end your day with a massage, for an additional fee.

Massage

I am also a certified Massage Therapist for over 25 years. This can also be very supportive for preparing for or integrating a deep and profound journey, or done on its own as a means of self-care.  A variety of massage techniques is implemented for this full body massage, incorporating energy work throughout. I use organic coconut based massage oil and organic essential oils for your healing massage. My studio is based in San Mateo.

1 Hour Session

1 1/2 Hour for $150-$200

Kambo/
Amphibian Medicine

One of the two Amphibian Medicines that I offer is Kambo. Kambo can be a great way to prepare for a journey or to do on its own. Phyllomedusa Bicolor, also known as Kambo, is a sacred frog from the Amazon jungle. The secretion from the frog is used by placing the medicine on small openings on the skin. This usually causes a deep purging and cleansing both physically and energetically. This can be intense and grueling for a short period but then one is usually left feeling renewed either right away or within a day or two depending on what the person is releasing. I graduated from the Cosmo Visions Inc Kambo Practitioner training and offer this beautiful and powerful medicine in my home in San Mateo. We can set up a call to give you the information you need to see if this is a good fit for you.
